Craig is an operational specialist and management consultant. He has more than 30 years experience in operational management, health and emergency services.
He has provided specialist advice and inputs to federal and state governments, emergency medical services, oil/ gas exploration, hospitals and medical centres, major peak industry bodies, NGO/NFP organisations, as well as commercial interests, in ten countries.
With a clinical background in Nursing and Pre-hospital Emergency Care, he is notable for his ability to troubleshoot existing situations and develop operational services and solutions that achieve an objective. He works to help organisations reach strategic objectives by developing improved processes and achieving organisational deliverables.
As an adaptable leader and Prince2 project manager who is at ease working with all levels of an organisation, Craig has successfully managed small teams and large organisations. While he can take command of situations as necessary, his collaborative approach creates effective partnerships and promotes stakeholder engagement.
